THE OUTCOME
n collaboration with Cincinnati University, IMAN MAGHSOUDI spearheaded the creation of Aeroblade, an all-electric roadster that pushes the boundaries of modern automotive manufacturing. By leveraging large-scale carbon 3D printing technology, Aeroblade’s chassis and interior are printed as one seamless piece, offering a streamlined and efficient production process.
“In 2014, Iman Maghsoudi’s Aeroblade concept secured second place in the world’s first 3D printed car design competition, combining aerodynamics, safety, and aesthetics with a revolutionary one-piece blade structure.”

AWARD WINNING DESIGN:
Months of dedicated work and innovation from my team resulted in a design that fuses aesthetic beauty with engineering precision. Aeroblade’s compact layout maximizes space while the 3D printed blades channel airflow throughout the vehicle, providing ventilation for the batteries and enhancing wheel downforce, making it as functional as it is visually striking.
Aeroblade is a glimpse into the future of sustainable, cutting-edge automotive design.
